January 9, 2020 – Fortistar, along with its partners have entered into an agreement to sell 50% of the shares of Primary Energy to SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust (SEEIT). Primary Energy Recycling has a 298 MW portfolio of waste heat to power (WHP) and combined heat and power (CHP) plants.
